Chief Product Officer

Product at the heart

Leaders have always had to manage change - investing in the right things at the right level today in order to capitalise on opportunities tomorrow. Technology - and the Product function that directs it - has amplified this need for continuous change.

In today's environment, this is accelerating faster than ever before. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Workflows, Software as a Service (SaaS), subscription models, cloud, big data, fractional ownership, and technology lock-in have all changed dramatically in the last decade - along with the talent and resources (both human and machine) available in-market.

Many leadership teams, business units, and Boards, are being left behind. Speed, agility, globalisation, connectivity, and data are significantly shaping how leaders must lead and how businesses are built.

Throughout my career I've built Product teams to leverage these new opportunities, prepare for the next wave of technology, and create real competitive advantage.
