On a project basis

One of the things I enjoy doing is working on small projects throughout the year with interesting people / companies.

They can be as quick as a few hours’ advisory work, all the way up to a year-long program of leadership coaching.

I usually work with my Product ‘hat’ on and have spent time advising Founders, CEOs, Senior Leadership Teams, and owners on how next-generation Product thinking can transform their skillset, talent base, or company strategy.

I also work with clients as either a Fractional Chief Product Officer, as an Interim Chief Product Officer, or - when working within private equity - as a Portfolio CPO or an Operating Partner. These projects are almost always related to periods of transformation, growth, or change.
